The ‘Bellingen Pasta’ duo Emanuele Cereda & Leonid Pantani have teamed up with Dorrigo local Kat Dimarco, who is also greatly passionate about offering amazing food, great service and a fabulous night out! Together, with their dedicated team they are providing the community a special restaurant experience at the picturesque ‘Lookout Mountain Retreat’ in Dorrigo. Our Pasta.

Using only the finest golden durum semolina from Bellata Gold milling ensures the sought after golden colour & texture of all Bellingen pastas handmade products. Our semolina is sourced ethically from an area known as the Golden Durum Triangle of Australia near Tamworth, NSW. The consistent growing conditions of this region make it some of the most sought after semolina in the world. We use traditional bronze dies for all extruded pasta, creating pasta with a rougher texture that attracts your sauce rather than deflecting it. Our fresh egg pasta is only made once ordered and delivered to our wholesale customers the same day its made ensuring only the freshest of products.

We have grown from small humble beginnings to provide fresh pasta to restaurants and local grocers from Taree to Yamba & everywhere in between. Our product range is ever evolving & you can now find us popping up at local events, festivals & markets serving simple yet delicious hot pasta meals.

We are proud to also offer Catering services. Anything from small dinner parties and picnics, to Corporate Functions & Weddings. We can also provide the stunning location of the Lookout Mountain Retreat for your special event, big or small, where we operate the Bellinge Pasta Bar & Restaurant on Fri & Sat nights.
